Artist-in-Residence at No. 5, Epen, the Netherlands
No. 5 offers a living, working and exhibition space for professional artists in a beautifully located farmhouse in the quiet Heuvelland landscape. Located in the south of Limburg, close to the German and Belgian borders, this residency is initiated and hosted by Jan van Eyck alumna and painter Magdalena Peltzer.

Space for focused work
The residency is located on the Terzieterweg in Epen, surrounded by hills and a large private garden. The resident has an independent living and working area with a private entrance, kitchen, studio on the first floor, bedroom and private bathroom.
The programme welcomes professional artists and art-related researchers who need time for research or for developing a project within their discipline. At the end of the stay, the resident is expected to present the work in the exhibition space the location provides.

The house and surroundings
The resident has a private kitchen, studio, bedroom and bathroom. The garden is available for nature research, quiet presence and performance work such as dance.
